Can you provide the forms for notarization?

No forms are provided.

Is there a list of all the things that can be notarized?

No, because notarial wording can be on many things. However, here's a list of many items that typically require notarization.

Wills ~ Trusts ~ Power of Attorney ~  Medical Directives ~.Property Deeds Affidavits ~ Contracts and Agreements ~  Vehicle Title Transfers Guardianship and Custody Documents ~ Marriage Licenses ~Divorce Papers ~ Adoption Papers ~ Immigration Documents ~ Consent Forms
Corporate Documents ~ Name Change Documents ~ Apostille Certifications ~ Structured Settlement Agreements ~ Patent Applications
Ship Mortgages ~ Permits ~ Notice of commencement ~ Agreements
Firearm Transfer Documents ~ Artwork Authencity Certificates
Mineral Rights Transfers ~ Historical Document Authentication
Livestock Transfer Documents - Bail Bond Agreements ~ Sworn Declarations ~ Lottery Claim Forms

I know the form needs to be notarized, but I don't know what type of notarization is needed. Can you tell me what's needed?

I will ask to see the forms ahead of time so that I can look at the notarial wording (the place where the I will sign and place my seal.) The wording will typically dictate the type of notarization.

I can't notarize a form that is missing the notarial wording, nor can I advise or make the decision. Since most notarizations fall into one of three categories, I can offer you the following options and allow you to choose:

Verification on oath or affirmation - You would swear or affirm that the contents of the document are true and sign in my presence
Witnessing or attesting a signature - You would simply sign the document in my presence
Acknowledgment - I would confirm your understanding and willingness to sign the document. I would also need to confirm your signature.
